Shipping and Returns Policy


BooBoutique offers flat rate regular shipping cost of $8.00 for all orders under 3kg that we send within Australia and endeavour to despatch all orders of our held stock within 5 business days via Australia Post. Products dispatched from third party distributors, bulky or greater than 3kg may attract a $14.00 flat rate large shipping charge. These may take up to 10-12 business days from cleared payment to arrive. Shipping methods of third party distributors are at their discretion. 

Some brands are distributed direct from the supplier and as such, stock levels shown may be inaccurate at the time of order. Booboutique reserves the right to cancel or void any order if stock is unavailable from the supplier.

Unfortunately at this stage we are unable to ship to international countries.

Christmas Deliveries

We cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas day for orders placed on or after 18/12/15 however we will do our best to get your order to you on time. If you have an urgent delivery request, please contact me via the website contact page or email

Exchange, Returns or Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any purchase you make from BooBoutique, you may return your purchase within 14 days form the date of despatch of your goods for a full refund (excluding freight charges) or exchange (pending stock availability). 

Goods must be in their original packaging and in satisfactory saleable condition (must not have been used/worn, washed or soiled and have their product tags still attached). 

Freight costs are the responsibility of customer.

Faulty Goods Or Goods Damaged in TransitIf your purchase is faulty or damaged in transit we will send you a replacement at no charge, freight free. A faulty product does not include products that are the wrong size or fit (see Returns section above), unless this is the result of faulty manufacture. You will need to return the product to us for assessment. Please email us at for details on how to return your product freight free.

Method of RefundBooBoutique will refund to your credit card, or we can provide store credit or exchange.

How to Make a ReturnPlease return the product in its original, saleable condition (see details above). Please include a note containing the following information and a copy of the invoice or invoice details:

NOTE: Postal charges for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a fault or delivery damage.
