Ingredients: Brown sugar, buckwheat flour, coconut oil, rolled oats (13%), ground linseed (13%), cinnamon (0.9%), herbal extracts (0.8%)(fenugreek, fennel), baking soda, Himalayan mineral salt.

Oats provide dietry fibre to help relieve constipation. It's also a good source of essential vitamins such as thiamine, folic acid, biotin and vitamin e. Oats also have a low glycemic index which means you will have longer lasting energy!
